Cafe Rousse in Clearwater. The staff is professional and friendly. We were there Saturday morning at 0900. They were not busy at that time. We ordered eggs Benedict, I enjoyed it although my brother and sister in law thought the sauce was a little bit on the sour side but still they enjoyed their Eggs Benedict as well. Their health drinks were also nice. We were so hungry, I forgot to take a picture of the food. We asked for soft eggs and we got what we asked for. Thanks for the good service????

Worst experience ever!!!! I wish I could give a 0 star rating but a 1 is sufficient as my wife enjoyed her meal!!! My wife and I went there today Saturday 28/05/2022 at around 18:30. Floors and table was dirty, the little couch was full of crumbs. Our order took close to 30min to arrive, my wife ordered the Tiana's platter which was a seafood dish, it was freshly prepared, however the 200g sirloin steak (medium to rare as per my request) with chips and onion rings which I had ordered was cold and the steak was well done, I notified the waitress about my cold food to which she apologized and returned it to the kitchen, not long thereafter the manager came to apologize and said my meal was cold due to my wife's seafood meal taking long to prepare, and I was bluntly told by the manager that they would just reheat the same well done piece of steak and add some basting to make it juicy (needless to say my steak came back worse than it was before, close to biltong dry which I can safely say was the worst piece of steak I have ever had). Fresh chips but it was a smaller portion than before and burnt onion rings. This is simply disgusting to treat your customers like this. I doubt I will ever go there again. Zero rating for customer service and for how the manager handled the situation.

Nice cousy place to hang out. Being my 1st time here, I ordered fish and chips. Was a little too petite than I had expected, wouldn't recommend it if you come in hungry, however enjoyed it.

Horrible, food is rotting, substandard and a shocking portion, I ordered a Halloumi Salad, I received a shallow bowl with about 10 lettuce leaves, 5 slices of cucumber, 4 halves of the smallest tomatoes I have ever seen, 4 halves of a slightly larger tomato, rotting avocado. Service was slow, waited over 45 min for my salad. Won't be returning

Great cafe at Clearwater. Amazing food. Extreme value for money. Excellent atmosphere.

Such horrible and disappointing experience.
We ordered fish with salad, prawns and ribs, pizza, burger and a glass of wine.
The salad was not fresh, and the manager came to take it when we complained. He never came back with either a fresh salad, feedback or an apology. Only an explanation that the salad cane that morning, but you could clearly see it didn’t, then charged me full price.
The prawns were dry with no flavour. The ribs were blend, only the pizza was edible.
They didn’t have any of the wine that’s available by glass on the menu, but had one that comes in a bottle. But they still wanted me to buy a bottle, though I didn’t have an alternative.
The waiters were slow, not apologetic, which made the whole experience worse.

Was there today... My partner order a simple burger and I had a Spud n Chic... Food was tasteless. No salt. Burger bun was dry. My potatoes were soft yes, but unseasoned. The chicken strips are salt less, seems as if they were warmed by microwave. Service was fine, just the food is just too plain....
