Staff is always confused with orders and food is not fresh and tasty. Fries is never fresh and burgers always messy in presentation. This is supposed to be a more up market McDonalds where you atleast expect it to be more efficient and fresh in their food. Generally it is okay but I suggest management look into their staff's efficiency.

I ordered a Big Boer spicy meal (Large) and a Big Mac (regular meal) and I got my order and drove off only to get home and find that I didn't get what I ordered. The burger only had buns and a beef patty with a bit of sauce and that was it. I tried calling back and their number was unavailable. Driving back wasn't an option coz I live very far from there, I only passed by on my way home.

As always, you can be assured a typical McDonald's experience. So if you enjoy this food and the convenience of fast food, then this place is easy going, efficient and great for loadshedding days!

It was busy today due to loadshedding,but the staff pulled through,they were calm,in handling the lines,never seen drive through so packed... the service was excellent as a Chef I would give them top mark... great work!!

The dirtiest McDonalds I've been to. We have always done the drive through option but decided to go in this time. I was so disgusted.
And we eat food from this place!

Terrible terrible service... The management is really over working the staff... You guys know very well that it gets super busy at night but yet you don't increase the staff on duty. I mean the poor lady was working on the till while also packaging!!! What's up with that??? You'd be very lucky to get your order in less than 30mins at night. You guys can do better!

Went this morning to get breakfast. The cup of rooibos wasn’t closed properly. The tea spilled all over me, on my car seat and in the cup holder. Went inside for another cup and the lid still wouldn’t close properly. Filled up in my cup holder again! The lids aren’t clicking onto the cups! Frustrating, had to throw away the tea! The server didn’t even apologies, just gave me a stack of serviettes! ????
