Great prices and their range of products is awesome - I've bought everything from cat harnesses and cat litter to cat toys and wet/dry cat food.

They've got competitive prices and the staff there are also very helpful and friendly (they always help us carry the bug bags of cat litter to our car).

The most incompetent male cashier ever. Confuses you with what he rings up and fails to even give your cards back. Only concerned about getting the job over as quick as possible and getting back on his cellphone behind the counter.

They have everything you need no matter what pet you have. The staff are super helpful and there is always someone there to carry my 20kg dog food to my car.

Great selection and helpful staff. I find the prices here very reasonable. I do tend to get a bit carried away when going in due to the variety of items available.

The last three large bags of shavings that I purchased over the span of two months were all damp. Same with the express shop on malibongwe.

Latest bag was purchased on Sunday and I specifically asked if it is a new batch and the lady said yes. It is also damp and smells moldy and moreso than the previous bags. It's not only terrible quality but poses health risks to the animals.

Great selection of pet food from dogs to rabbits etc. They also carry various ranges of pet herbal medicine.
