Good variety of stock and some attractive displays on show. I was assisted by Castro, one of the staff members and he was really helpful and friendly.

Great assistance and prices. There are high end items too which is more expensive, but for midrange, really good prices. Extremely wide variety of products, it's almost overwhelming (in a good way). Yvonne really helped with suggestions and I'm truly impressed by her service and knowledge!
Most items in stock and the ones that aren't will be received soon.

What a pleasure and so refreshing that all the staff are obviously trained and know their trade.

I had issues at another outlet and then moved to the Westgate branch and what a day night difference.

Well done guys job neatly complete and thank you for the urgent material changes and delivery.

Despite the store having exactly what I was looking for, I left with nothing due to the atrocious service. There was a lot of eye rolling, sighing, shrugging and mumbling. Is it my fault that the prices are not uploaded on the system and that they don't know what to do when an item is discounted? I asked to speak with the manager but that request was completely ignored. Think they were relieved when I left... They didn't have to figure it out.
Don't know if CTM relalise this, but they sell very generic products and there is a lot of competition out there... Service counts!

Had a pretty negative experience. Staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Person at the till was absolutely shocked that I didn't know the product code of the item I was buying. Not to mention one of the employees was having a heated argument with a customer over the phone in front of everyone. Eish. It's not a good look guys ????
