I am still reminiscing about the "New" Tex Mcflurry ice cream I enjoyed when I drove-thru the other day, it was delicious! Thank you for your consistency in good customer service!
I returned the ice-cream because it didn't have the right texture, it was dripping on my hand so the lady that was serving me asked me to drive close to the entrance and she would make me another Mc-flurry. I liked her attitude and felt that she was customer orientated.....I was not content paying R35 on a new product that didn't meet my expectation, but she turned it all around and made sure I was happy when I left the drive-thru. This deserves a standing ovation, thank you for your exceptional customer service!!!

Just bought 6 McFlurrys one of them half, old and melted away, when asked why it looks so empty and melted the server responded because it’s an Oreo Caramel and the other 5 are more full because they Tex. Absolutely shocking that this is the kind of product and service that this McDonald’s is happy to put out, it’s absolutely disgusting. So disappointed

Everything is going accordingly to the situation. The service is good and great all staff members are well trained they treat everyone equal and they their food won't take long to be delivered to the customer. I remember on 9 June it was the pyjama party for our children .l ordered more than 100 burgers , the service was really fantastic and they prepared fast and delivered in time to us.

The service is quick, this is one of a few McDonald's where the ice cream machine is working. We had an ice cream date at night

This is the worst and I mean the WORST experience I've ever had. We waited 50min before we got our order. People who walked in and place their orders in our presence for their orders before us. They are disorganised. I eventually had to call the manager, waited a further 10min checked the order briefly with so much frustration I just wanted to get our of there... Got home and our order was wrong!!!

Never and Never again. Tx

We enjoyed the milkshakes. The drive thru and inside was super busy at around 1pm on a Saturday. I'd say it's very busy around lunch time. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A low class service from the drive through staff, no urgency whatsoever. I went there this morning and as I was waiting to be assisted, another car came in without even being hesitant that customer was assisted immediately and I was kept waiting,mind you it was not even peak time, people who are working here are slaap tigers and full of prejudice.
