I'm very dissapoimted with the quality of the product and the service delivery.
The presentation was sloppy to say the least.
The dough was still raw. When we went back to complain about our order they rolled their eyes and put it back in the oven when we specifically asked for a refund or to have them remake the order.
And as I had stated If they put it back in the oven it will be dry.
We couldn't eat it so we threw it out .
Worst experience I've ever had at a debonairs !!
What a waste of our money and time.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I accidentally placed an order on the app for collect when I wanted it for delivery. I called the store to ask them to change it, they did not understand what I was saying. Eventually someone else came on the phone and I explained that I would like to change from collect to delivery and I don't mind paying the delivery cost. She refused to take my order number down so she knew which order I'm talking about and she kept on repeating my address back to me wrong. I then told them to cancel the entire order, again something which they couldn't understand. I laid a complaint with debonairs head office and got a call back from the Debonairs Braamfontein manager who couldn't speak proper English, was unapologetic and defended her staff making it seem like the problem was with me.

I bought a small creamy chicken triple decker pizza and it is soo dry and bland.Nothing close to creamy. This is the second time I buy from the Braamfontein branch and I thought that the first time I ordered was because of something else but making the order taste the same twice? In different months? It tastes different from the creamy chicken triple decker from other branches

The pizza I received was not well made. The dough was still a bit raw. The presentation of the pizza was also not satisfactory. The dough had holes in it. The Debonairs pizza in Braam really disappointed me.

Customer service is fine however they make burnt crusts or was it my bad??.

The pizza was so untidy it was not even cut properly really not satisfied with their food ???????????? Yho
