I was gonna give 5 stars but they don't maintain showers hygiene. I don't know if it's me comparing to other Virgin Active smartness when it comes to changing rooms. Overall the gym is ok for it's entry level.

Off peak hours the gym can feel quite spacious but otherwise it gets very congested. I'd suggest late morning to early afternoon as a good time to visit.
For a red branch, it offers a good variety of machines and the facility is well kept and member friendly.

Always clean✓✓,
Just an average gym, nothing fancy like swimming pool nor steaming room

the gym gets too crowded @ around 16:00-18:00.
They subscribe more people than the gym can handle. ×
The weight lifting section gets extremely smelly during peak hours ×××
Poor maintenance, they take too long to fix equipment ×

For VA red, its surprisingly nice. But I can only imagine how hectic this gym must be at peak. Its very small. Good equipment selection and some require ingenuity and hacks to make it do what you need to do.

I have had a positive experience of this gym so far. There's trainers on standby to assist. The music is great. You can do your own thing with little distractions. Still haven't be given my access card yet though.

Scam Alert!!
They make fake promises on their memberships and will have you paying for all those promotions and still be taking money from you. Worse service, terrible, terrible service. Their head office is even worse. No telephone etiquette and have the nerve to cut you off and hang up on you. they are all short tempered and don't care about you.
