Worst online purchase experience, twice in a row. Takes too long to deliver. Ontop of it, delivers cold pizza. Its 21:30, just received pizza ordered around 7pm. This is the second time in a row delivering cold stale pizza.

I've never personally been inside but the staff have been friendly,even offering to let me sit inside on rainy nights as I wait for my dad to come pick me up. The place seems to get a lot of customers though. Plus the offer delivery

I placed an order on the 30th November 2021 at 11h42 Order Number 58859004...time now is 13h39 and I have not received my food. I called the store twice and the Manager on duty said she only had 1 driver. I mean its month end why would they take our orders for delivery but no have enough drivers at work. This is unacceptable and i must pay delivery fee for this poor service just imagine.

Shocking, wrong pizza deleverd, 2 hour wait and charged something never ordered. Wrong pizzas still waiting for driver to collect and refund me. I been talking to store manager regarding this matter and keep getting told the driver will be 30 min. 24 hours gone by and still waiting.
