Before even entering the door you get a feel of the atmosphere, which is comfortable, relaxed and friendly with a "special occassion" air. They've clearly put a lot of effort into the establishment, and even had a button on each table that you press to call a waiter. When we arrived we were immediately directed to a larger table, despite being only 2 people, to accommodate having our baby in his car chair.

The service was amazing and consistent. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and everything was fast paced without feeling rushed. We recieved menus straight away, had a waitress at our table as soon as were ready to order, and didn't wait much for our food. And, speaking of the food, it was delicious. Bonus points for being so reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict.

Its conveniently situated next to the pick n pay. Great variety of food,I had a Bar one marshmallow to drink, it was soooo yum! For mains we had pasta as there was a special 2 traditional pastas for R145 which is so reasonable. The list of traditional pasta are also great! We ordered the butter chicken pasta which is my all time favorite and never disappoints...we also had the bolognaise pasta I must say I wasn't overly excited about this pasta it just felt like it lacked something. Then we had chocolate brownie for dessert, it wasn't too sweet so we didn't feel like a sugar rush wich was very nice. The service was great! Overall a good time.

Food was amazing! Not to mention the service was impeccable! All the waiters work so nicely together, your table will not be full of empty plates or cups for a long while. I am very impressed. Well done to the owner, whatever you are doing, you are doing well.

PS. Big ups to our waiter Nicole. So respectful, fast and friendly ????

Excellent breakfast special including coffee at just R49. Attentive staff, good service and well prepared food.

Awesome service, waiters on point with details, and making sure needs are met. Waiters also have call buttons on tables, for quick service.

There was only a bit of a wait because of being very popular and very busy. Will definitely go back for the awesome food and service, definitely worth the wait!

Ps best sangria I have ever tasted ????

Great experience visiting Del Forno restaurant. The staff were Friendly and helpful. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. Our waiter Kudzai was exceptionally good.

Our evening started well. Our started was delicious and the children enjoyed their pizza. Unfortunately that is where it ended. My husband is vegan and we were very impressed with the plant based menu selection. However, when we were ready to order nothing except a burger for him was available. The waitress recommended the steaks on the menu. My mother ordered the rib eye medium to rare. She received it well done with it not looking even close to the image shown in the menu. I ordered a salad only to be served vegetable chips that tasted way past the expiry date. Within the first 2 bites I realised my food or at least the chips in my salad was without a doubt off. It tasted horrible. A man with two other waiters came to our table to tell me there was nothing wrong with my food and that I was wrong. I was so shocked and disappointed at the way I was treated. I don't think I have ever sent food back and I am not a fussy eater. I have often eaten vegetables chips and I really enjoy them. I know what they are suppose to taste like and to be served something that you can clearly taste is off and then to be told that I am wrong. I really don't know what to make of our experience, except being terribly disappointed with the food and horrified at how I was treated as a customer.
