My wife and I have been here since July 2016, and are very happy with the place. We first stayed in the Studio and are now in the Cabin, both are well equipped, clean and very pleasant. The owners are very friendly and super helpful (there has never been a time when we made a request and it was not attended to promptly and warmly). We love the outdoor spaces, for the size of the guest house, it's surprising the amount of green, the feeling of solitude and the gentle and lovely details spread out on the property. And we would definitely stay again (as well as recommend it to others)

A friend and I stayed several nights and really enjoyed it. The mini kitchen was just the right size to prepare some food for ourselves and had the dishes and utensils we needed. The beds were comfy the bathroom spacious and clean. The owners were welcoming and gave good tips on what to see in the area. If I ever make it back down to South Africa, I would certainly stay there again.

Truly home from home. Very welcoming, comfortable, clean and very well equipped, everything you would want and expect from a guest house. The owners were friendly and informative, helping us to navigate our way around as well as helping us with some local attractions and restaurants. We have already made plans to visit again in a few weeks, can't wait! Thank you.

I found the booking process was very good and the lady, Grace, that assisted me was a pleasure to deal with. However, the accommodation was extremely disappointing. We stayed in the Cottage and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. There were dust bunnies and dead insects in every corner of the rooms. There was a gross white splash of stains on the couch and the arm rests of the couches were soiled and just disgusting. The bathrooms were clean but in the cold of a Joburg winter, taking a shower with lukewarm water was not pleasant. We found the amount of rules and the tone of the written rules quite off-putting and just down rude. The threat of charging R50 if you buzzed the gate (and didn't use the weird phone call system that they have in place) was laughable. I certainly would not stay here again.

Stayed here in July-August 2015. A+ experience. The staff is friendly, the facilities are very well kept up and clean and there is WIFI as well. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for about 8 months in 2013 while my house was being built. Felt like being at home. I stayed in the Suite which had everything I needed for an extended stay. The owners were friendly and accommodated my needs well.

Hot water that never runs out. High security provided. Affordable. Self catering facility provided. Shopping center close by
