I did not stay at FernRez but what I can say is the constant barrage of noise (from subs) from the back of the property is difficult for the nearly apartments. Frequent requests have been made without any change. Some music is fine but with a high volume of sub-bass the impact to the health of people is tremendous, even without them realizing it - hence the expression the silent killer.

This place doesn't deserve any star rating. I had to add a star to be able to post this. The kitchen is filthy and has cockroaches everywhere. There aren't enough stoves for everyone to use so you end up waiting for long time periods to cook. The Wi-Fi always has a problem. My shower os so dirty i use flip flops everytime im in it. The housekeeping staff is RUDE. Don't waste your money coming here.

Verry nice bar and restaurant. Especially if you just quickly want to pop in for a beer and meal.

Our first night was awfull. Music blasting till late on a Sunday night. All other guests were drunk , banging each others doors throughout the night. We won't be back in a hurry.
