Well located, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are cosy, if on the small size, but it has everything you require. A pleasant Hotel opposite a lovely Mall with a wide range of amenities and diversity and an overall pleasant experience. Yes there could be a little refurbishing due but overall a recommended Hotel in all as aspects. Does not pretend to be more than it is and meets expectations

Booked on line u0026 flight delayed. Called once landed advising I was running late. Reception advised, first come first served. After argument and advising booking number they said it does not matter. I got there in time and got a different story. Room smelt of something strange, lights not working properly etc. Breakfast..... Well I looked at it and was put off. Sorry but the entire experience was horrible. Was just looking for a bed, shower and breakfast hassle free. Did not happen

Practically in the parking lot of the Ferndale on Republic mall makes it perfectly located. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit small but sufficed. The bathroom was very tiny and had little to no ventilation. This made showering unpleasant since the ceiling and walls would drip causing the floor, counter, and any dry clothes to get wet.

Reading lights didn't work, and towels had holes in. Wouldn't say it's worth the u003eR700 bill. It's only redemption is the mall and staff.

I cannot recommend Mercure enough! The service was absolutely unbelievable. I had some complicated catering requirements to which the staff never once did not attend too and always with a smile on their faces!! You don't find this level of service often anymore. Well done!!

Hotel is located is a great area, it's convenient and the pricing is well priced, though I think room carpets need to be cleaned as well as curtains as they not in great condition....Televisions must be checked as well as aircons we have experienced a few times Television and aircons not working.

Great 3-star hotel. I was really was impressed. Very clean. Very standard. Very good breakfast. The convenience of the lift. Sizeable room. Good WiFi. Staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my overnight stay. And I will return.

We booked very late on the 26/08/2022 and "Lesedi" did his best to book us in and because we were with our 14yrs old dota, we needed rooms close to each other and he was so patient to arrange that for us. Thsnk you , thank you will definately come back.
