Study table it's too small, u share the kitchen wth the whole floor , jst imagine the up and down carrying the hot pots , u share the small fridge with 4 people , the single room is too small and u share bathroom u0026 fridge so yeah basically tht not a single room. The sad part is that this res is new so i don't understand why they didn't do a proper research so they can be the best res , Nukerk res is way better than this res let alone Mpumelelo res

Place looks nice, just rooms are too small for the number of people sharing it.

Very good start up for students who about to start a journey to success,still renovations where in progress when I went there I will give the last star after renovations

What you see is wht you get ,from the outside look of it is beautyful and eye catching to the inside ,a nice place to be at as a student ,it's my first year at UJ DFC campus and focus1 has become my second home to be real fam. I give it 5star on all aspects ,it's only a year old.
