DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.This place is not safe at all you can see from the outside before you even get inside,I'm writing this review at 01:17am after someone tried to open my door lucky for me I left the keys on the door so they didn't manage to open my door,tried calling the guy at the reception seems like it was no longer his shift.and this happens after some loud tavern around there are close.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

When they say don't judge a book by its cover that's what they mean at this place.First we were by Helen Joseph and Polly street for visits and then went down to the second one by Small street and Albert and the place is very warm,quiet and Peaceful,unfortunately for smokers there is no smoking in rooms but soon as you inside you know why you wouldn't mind not smoking, the housekeepers are friendly so is the staff.being a guitar player makes you famous but sharing and exchanging knowledge with people of different thoughts makes you learn more about life in general.by the way very very cheap prices and affordable enough to give you a temporary home and enough to give them profits too.go there today and enjoy after a long travel as they accommodate all neighbouring touring visitors from all SADC countries and internationally.also close to Carlton Centre and all amenities like banks,bars,churches and food joints.

The place is surprisingly clean. The staff are friendly. Its in a dodgy neighborhood but it is well maintained. Someone opened my door while I was sleeping.

It was a quick in and out, I went to pick up a friend who was there, but you can tell from the reception, that, it is not appealing, also where it has Situated. You would be concerned about security here as well. I doubt I would see my self visiting that side of town anytime soon. But maybe I should not say never.

Centrally located in a good environment but not a five star hotel. Good security on hand but no underground parking.
