It's okay because the store has limited essentials. Like certain brands are either running low all the time or not in store at all. However it's a time saver because the lines aren't that long and if they are then the cashiers are quickly to attend to customers. It's quite efficient.

When the store was fairly new, you'd find all the veggies, fruits and etc that you looking for, Very Fresh. Now OOH !????????my word it's a complete disaster. I prefer the Glen Branch than this one. Alot needs to be done. They have security by the tills and which is also an exit point. They see you paying for your items and they would still demand a receipt. I just hate everything about this Branch ????

The standard has dropped. Hygiene is not being practiced. Hot foods, people go in without wearing hair nets. I don't know if they know how important that is. The never sanitize hands. I stood there watching and when you tell them to wash their hands they give you attitude

The service I got from the till operator was terrible. She rang my food while talking to another till operator discussing a customer, and saying how bad other customers are. What saddend me the most was that I asked her to take certain amount from my card and the difference cash. She took everything from the card and told she forgot I sad that. I don't think I'll ever go there again. Am sorry I'll go elsewhere.

I was charged R30 for a Red bull that had a R24 price tag. When I asked for the manger,no one wanted to call the manager for me.

Instead they showed me a teller (Nontobeka Mthethwa) and claimed that she is the manager. She was very rude and had no managerial skills at all. Refused to follow the shop policy which i had to teach her, that I wasn't supposed to pay the full price.????

When I asked her why I I was charged R6 extra,her reply was "why didn't I ask at the till"?

I honestly dislike going to food lover's but i went there to avoid the long queues at x supermarket.

Worst decision ever.
