Very clean rooms, I loved my time here. The rooms are equipped with a kettle and mini fridge. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff here are also so friendly, loved it! Maybe noise control need a little work but this is completely overshadowed by all the other great things this hotel has to offer. Security here leaves you with peace of mind. Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

We had a wonderful day,the hotel is over the top,the staff are amazing they made sure we were all good at all times Owami and Mxolisi went far and boyond we were 20 in total but everyone was well taken care of...definitely coming again soon.

Awesome place , service brilliant and fantastic. The pool section had fun water clean .Breakfast on point. The worker awesome and housekeeping. Almost my belonging were safe and at one piece

Strategiccally located but with Terrible Management Style and service.

Dinner options were Terrible for a conference package with accommodation for 16 people.

We complained every day with one thing or the other.

Condescending treatment by Management.

Appreciated the Kitchen Staff who went extra mile. Especially Mxolisi and Stimela.

Manager took pictures of us without seeking permission.

Disappointed ????

Went there as a geust of a movie shoot. The studio booked the set and payed a deposit after being 2-3 hours late and delaying the day. They did not pay the outstanding amount which is wrong coz they were late and used extra hours for the conference hall.the staff and the manager wanted to hold us extra people there as its was the studios responsibility to pay the rent for the day and was still outstanding. After alot of arguments they let some of us go. But the arguments continued. I dont know what happened after.

On a positive and negative side

The dining area is well set up and the bar. Rooms looked cozy with some warm carpets and beautiful beds and atmosphere.

The conference room. It was small, claustrophobic and is quite cramped with a shower in it. Otherwise the place is beautiful neat and clean.

The tiles is very slippery and not nice to walk as you slide. Wouldnt want to walk on it if its wet.

I would say yes to the place. But even on arrival the staff could be nicer. If we didnt ask for something to drink i dont think any of the staff would have asked anyone if they wanted something.

Firstly the staff are such beautiful and friendly people, I felt at home the entire time I was there. The food is superb and the hotel itself is beautiful. I honestly enjoyed my stay and would most definitely recommend it to anyone.
