I can’t understand. The system is forever offline, when it’s online the card machines don’t work???

It’s 2022 guys, no one carries cash.

Given I’m frequent here(don’t ask me why, the service is terrible), I asked the lady if I could maybe take my item and pay as soon as they’re online again, given the gym knows me and has my details…the lady at the counter refused. Shame. Her loss. Kauai’s loss.

Won’t be buying from this branch again.

How do you guys make money? How are you surviving?

I’ve been going to this gym for 6 weeks now and every single time has been a fight to get a smoothie because the system is always offline. I’ve been in the morning and at night and the system is still offline. The lady couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if she tried too.

This is the worst KAUAI ever, system is always offline and no customer service whatsoever. I miss the Kauai in Cresta, this one is terrible and you will wait for assistance as if you're at home affairs on a Tuesday after 8am. Somebody do something please!

Terrible service. Every time I try to get a smoothie in the morning I am told that they’re offline and I’m not able to use Vitality. I’m told to come back later, which is absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m told that in the evenings they are also offline. How is anyone ever meant to use their Vitality? Also very unfriendly service and no accommodation whatsoever

Terrible experience, systems are practically always down, also got food poisoning from one of the smoothies, which makes me question the cleanliness and freshness of the food. won't buy from this branch again.
