I gave this jawn a rating of 3 because of its awkward location. Its located in one of the busiest streets of Johannesburg and most people who are not familiar with Johannesburg get mugged in that Street/ corner. You just need to be alert and rather be inside the restaurant. Otherwise, inside KFC is nice and their toilets are clean.

The food was very cold and not well cooked. The fries ???? were like sticks. With KFC you need to buy it from the suburbs or else u will trash and it is very true they also know it.

The outlet is situated in a busy corner opposite Bree taxu rank. The service is good and fast.The place is clean and well lit. The upper floor is more convenient as one cannot really enjoy their meal from the ground floor with street vendors and people staring through the windows and beggars on site.

It's what one would expect from the franchise,but be sure to be mindful of your surroundings outside the franchise as it's rough abd relatively not safe.

I had to wait for my online order which was very frustrating and ridiculous. Why do they even have an app if u not going to use it as they should ????

Waiting time is extended due to the high number of customers, and also due to this the place is untidy and dirty. But overall the staff works fast and efficiently considering the number of customers.
