My Wife had a Gym company membership 6 years ago while she was a student I say agaim 6 YEARS AGO... and then today she got a mail saying her account is in the negative and she needs to come pay the outstanding amount to avoid legal action.???? 6 years later??

some back story

She had a 12 month contract back im 2016 and when the contract period ended she stopped going but they still billed her for 3 more months and said she must come cancel at the gym ( fair enough) she went cancelled and debit orders stopped now 6 years later apparently she owes them when she tried to explain this to the person who mailed her the person said she doesnt want to hear it and my wife must come to the Gym to sort this out ot they will black list her the audacity 6 years later sies...WE DONT LIVE IN BRAAM AND WILL ALSO NOT COME TO SORT THIS OUT THIS IS AN ISSUE ON YOUR SIDE AND YOU OWE HER MONEY if anything horrible admin and customer service

It's been more than 5 working days I'm struggling to get hold of one the Regional Managers named Martin..He assisted me with signing the contract and verbalized that whenever I want to cancel the gym membership I can do so he even gave me his personal contact..now 3 months down the line I call him requesting cancelation because I haven't had time to go to the gym since registration his telling me that he never said that...im sending him emails and calling him his not replying. GYM COMPANY is Unprofessional from the consultants up to the Managers

Best gym ever all equipment available and instructures no fixed time and only R199 per month. I love it

I wish there was 0 start for them. I also regret not looking at reviews Because i was never Goin to join. Gym company is day light robbery they deduct my account twice and refused to cancel my contract until its 36 months. I no longer use rhe gym because its very dirty and no air condition. I hope it closes down soon.

They have really great updated machines, great for muscle isolation when using them. The whole gym is a little on the small side and can get very crowded at peak times so, off peak times are ideal. Limited weights (plates) and dumbels but they definitely have the basics covered.
