Ordered a pork burrito with chips. When I opened the packaging the pork looked off but I assumed it must be the sauce it was covered in. My assumption was quickly dispelled by the taste, it was disgustingly off. I went back and the friendly security lady directed me to another lady whom the security lady advised would help with the situation. I explained my experience to her and she asked what I'd like and I requested a refund. She provided a full refund, asked that I fill my details in and apologised. The aftermath was a stomach ache and diarrhea. The pattern I'm seeing with Food Lovers (not just this one) is how off their deli food tend to be and how quickly their "fresh" produce fruits goes off. It is worrisome and disappointing as I love their variety but I think its safer to stick to their smoothies from now on (quite nice and never experienced an issue with them).

This was the worst R50 I ever spent at the eatery the food is not always this bad but today ???? not happy at all the fish was terrible the chips was old think it was made yesterday.

They always have good clean fresh produce, the place itself is clean...

Their cooks do an impressive graft as well, tried their pasta bolognese, it was utterly satisfactory, more for the reason that the pasta was just about the right texture, not overcooked nor undercooked...
