I ordered a mcfeast meal and a chilli cheese burger. I opened order at the counter n quickly the lady said she might have made a mistake n took the junior burger n gave me a chilli cheese. When i got home ... My mcfeast was a spicy one n i as a person with ulcers could not eat it. Its the second time going through something like this with mcdonalds. It was late n there were 3 customers only in the store.

The manager, Phillip either needs more training or undergo the training process overall and this time around it should ensured that he actually understands what customer service entails. It was a horrid experience and even his management style towards his staff members lacks maturity. Makes one one wonder what criteria is used to select management at Mcdonald’s. Really disappointed and will not be visiting anytime soon

Today I bought 2 Macfeast burger and 1 happy meal cheese burger. The cheese burger had no cheese and we did not get the ketchup sauce for all the meals.
I'm so disappointed because same thing happened with my meal that I bought on Friday on 17th September, however I did not share my experience because I thought it was just a mistake for that one day. I will never buy from that Macdonald ever again
