I am giving a four star . Nice,clean and the staff is friendly but please the twister must be full of lettuce and tomato . Getting one slice of tomato inside ngeke guys ???????????? but it was nice and the chicken inside was fresh ????????????????

The establishment is small and fairly intimate, which is cute. However if I'd wanted a "dingy night club with loudly blaring music" atmosphere, KFC is certainly NOT the place I would have thought I'd find this. Their Amapiano music was so loud that customers couldn't hear their orders being called out. I begged the cashier to have the volume lowered so that I could hear myself think while deciding whether to buy their chicken or storm out. Horrible experience!!! I tortured myself by stating long enough to actually buy something. Their meat was fairly flavorful though

The food was very good for a small KFC, with limited space even for the employees to Work. The space is very limited I don't wanna lie even the outside dining it very small. Today the was delivery truck while we were working. I feel like the can't even add more staff on site because the space is limited. But how the franchise is managed it amazing.

I just came from buying dunked wings and when I got home and I was about to eat them , the wings are soaked with no sauce and very dry more like zinger wings that have been soaked in water , usually I check my order before leaving the store but today I didn't and to my surprise I got soaked wings instead of dunked wings

40 minutes to get 10 wings and am still waiting... No customer service what so ever... You have a guy in head set playing music and holding a bottle acting as he is sanitizing people.... Kfc is disappointing... There is always something wrong...
