The exterior of this place doesn't do justice to the interior. You might actually pass by it because of the location it's in. It's very neat quiet and beautiful on the inside. You won't believe it until you are in there.very affordable doctor rates. R550 per consultation including medication. It does get really really busy. Receptionist was rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. The lady at the pharmacy was Soo nice and friendly. I wish I got her name but she had dreads. I'd definitely go back ( when I'm sick)

Visited this private clinic a week ago, and it would be an understatement to say I had an amazing experience.. From the reception and more specifically the consultation room. Of all the personnel that assisted me on the very day, the one who stood out for me was Sister Tumi. Would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her friendliness, charisma, the passion and patience you displayed in sharing the vital information with me, every question I asked she was able to respond in detail.. Also the waiting time and overall time I took was very short, I arrived there at 9am and by 10am I was already out.

The place has been refurbished since I was last here. It’s looking quite clean, contemporary and welcoming on both third and fourth floors of Lister Building.

The receptionist could do with some uniforms or some name badges for easy identification, especially when it’s busy.

I was there Saturday morning and the line at reception was quite long and slow. I wish something could be done about that. Otherwise I’m guessing the best would be come early at 7am when they open.

The administrator lady was unapproachable. She seemed unbothered as she continued to work like a robot.after getting my vitals checked I didn't know which line to queue at. It was rather chaotic. The clinic is clean neat and tidy. Very quiet. One thing I disliked is that they don't tell you about additional cost. Eg.you pay R550 for both consultation and meds but the doctor gave me an injection. When I arrived at the pharmacy to collect my meds they asked me to pay for the injection which I was not informed about. Other than that I would actually recommend this clinic. It's unfortunate that it's in a dodgy area of town

Worst experience ever. Rude doesnt even begin to describe the reception staff. A woman had to collapse twice while waiting for the doctor to attend to her last night (26 may 2022 at around 6pm) and even so, the doctor literally just kept shouting at the lady, who couldnt even speak and was super weak. Gorvenment hospitals at this point are better than that place. If you miss being treated badly while paying private doctor fees, go to that place. If you want to be attended to after minimum 3 hours wait, go to that place. And mind you. It was only 4 of us and i literally waited hours. And when the doctor saw all of us, nobody spent more than 5 minutes in his room. Absolute rubbish place

The service was terrible, the receptionist told me they offer gynae services ???? in a nutshell they don't...please give patients correct information. After paying and doing scans (at an added cost) they referred me to a gynae and l had to pay for another scan ????..????. The queues were way too long (from 13hr00 to 18hr30) and they was only one physician on duty, you queue for that long for a referral? 5mins chat. The challenge is you pay and queue so you can't up and leave after paying.

Getting here, and the exterior is so horrible smells like pee in the parking lot and parking is very expensive but inside is not so bad they've done great renovations to the place comparing to when they first started in the early 2000s. Then the staff's attitude is okay the only problem is the reception the females are rude and I don't stand for that I didn't tell them to get the job if they hate it so much they really need to shape up.
