Nice and clean. Service a bit slow. Takes forever to get food. Otherwise not busy at all plus the staff is nice

They refused to do table service for upstairs but the downstairs was overpacked, I waited for more than 30 minutes for a meal which usually comes in less than 10 minutes if it's a takeout, some staff were very unfriendly, unfortunately I couldn't get the names. It's a cool place but I think they can't handle having many customers at once

The service was very poor , we had to sit on a dirty place which had not been cleaned nor cleared. The spinach was burnt and the gravy was watery, the glasses had marks on them as though they were not even washed. I would not recommend it to anyone, waste of money

I wanted an extra roll, and the waitress told she can't bring it to me, she said they not allowed to bring anything extra except for what you order at the till...
But I saw her taking an extra order from the gentleman that was already seated.... Poor service indeed

The restaurant is great , but am disappointed that you can't just have a seat and order from a waiter.....you have to get up and stand in a queue to order....only then you will have made an order....Been to lots of Nandos places , only take away clients buy in a queue and wait....This is not on... just spoils your mood with a beautiful lady trying to score a good date out.... Disappointed...

They should maybe look into making it baby friendly as I love that place but today it was very uncomfortable to enjoy my food with my 8 months old on my lap because they didn't have feeding chairs.

Terrible after completing the survey while waiting for my order. I rated them high not knowing whats coming.
The sauces, plastic cutlery and serviettes were not included in my order. My chicken did not have a mild sauce in it- it felt like any other chicken out there.
