Customer service is exceptionally great. My sales consultant or rather, the person who assisted me (Stembiso) is honestly excellent. Holding a sales background I would definitely would want to hire him, and if he were working for me, he'd be one of my top sales leaders.

Excellent customer experience, they even offer insurance for purchased jewelry and watches.
