The cashiers have the worst attitude and the meals are so dry.
They don't serve fries with ketchup and when you ask for some ketchup, one cashier rolled her eyes on me u0026 gave me just one ketchup.
I'm a regular customer because it's the closest Macdonald's I have access to u0026 yet I can never get used to the poor service.
The male workers are actually more accommodating u0026 welcoming than the females.
They are literally the reason why I come back

I was waiting for my order no one told me that they could not find a lid to close my drink. I also got my burger in a different package and when I pointed it out they looked at me like am dom. No ice cream imagine. Just the service was not nice. Who cleans a bath room when people are in the toilet and when u come out stepping on wet floor u are wrong.no toilet paper either.

From my last review regarding the service, I had great service today and I enjoyed my meal. I loved how McDonald's resolved my case to the best of their abilities without them making me feel a certain way so swiftly. I appreciated how the management handled the communication and reassurance to make sure I'm a satisfied patron. Thank you McDonald's in general and thank you to the management of McDonald's Pritchard street. ????????????

Hi so I've decided to buy some food@ McDonald's in Pritchard, the cashier was so rude she didn't even greet meu0026 I brought a mcroyale burgeru0026 a chicken foldover it was about R96.After printing my slip she just turned awayu0026 left me standing by the counteru0026 I wanted my change.So I waited for her to come back so I can ask for my change.She gave me an attitude I had to ask her were is my change?. She screamedu0026 call someone ,I think by the name wazy to open the drawer for her so I can get my change.I left wondering if all customers have to deal with her attitude the whole day.Bad experience ever.

Not a safe place there are thieves who roam around and if you put your phone down while eating they can snatch it.

2. Staff here do not take orders properly, you indicate clearly that you want your drink without ice but they will still give you Ice and that is so annoying.

bought from Uber Eats and and now I receive a notification to enjoy my meal while I have not received it, they not even picking up their phone.
