I just ordered a wrapsta box and I’m not satisfied with the quality of the food the chicken was too dry and didn’t taste fresh at all,the chips were dry too the only thing that is nice is the wrap I’m so disappointed.

Terrible service. Never have breakfasts ready on time. Went there a week ago, they opened late firstly, have two signs on there door contradicting there opening times saying breakfast is served from 6:30 but there opening time is only 7am. Secondly they only had toast available. Really! Then why even open the doors. Quality of food is also poor.

KFC johannesburg CBD 1(Pathetic Service ), i have been to this store several times and all the time when i get there they always tell me they don't have Streetwise two (2) pap therefore one should always convert into eating something else, When they open first time during lockdown they were selling rotten meat that was kept in the fridge during the period of lockdown, They absolutely don't care about customers. I will not recommend anyone to go to that branch.

Staff do not respect customers, how could someone order her meal of her choice and after 30 mins waiting you are told that what you ordered is no available. The cashier was swearing at another customer and arguing about her order too. This is disappointing really.
