McDonald's Boskruin Drive-Thru

I usually order from McDonald's Boskruin as it is nice and close to where I live. I have never had any issues and service is always good, until today. I ordered a Grand Chicken Classic burger and when I bit into the burger the lettuce didn't taste nice, only to find out when I picked it out, that the lettuce was wilted, soggy and brown. It really took away my appetite and put me off.

Had to wait 20 min for "fast" food order and when we finally got it after much confusion from the staff, it was cold. My burger looked like it had been thrown together by some disgruntled employee. Terrible!!! Won't be going back there again.

Worst McDonald’s to go to
Service is terrible
They did not do my special instructions , instead of bleeding a flake in a McFlurry they just pushed the flake down , mxm
And they need to hire better people who can understand and do there job properly

Don't use your Macdonalds app at Boskruin, staff looks at you with question marks like you're the only one using the app. Lost all my points because of an "Invalid POD" error and the staff have no clue how to fix it.

I've never been inside this place, always used the drive-thru. The people are nice but they sometimes forget to add things to your specifications. I once asked for a stoney zero and they gave me Cole zero. I had to ask for it to be changed. Other time I didn't want ice but I was given ice. Then this one time they forgot to give me 3 juices for my 3 happy meals. From that day I always check my food before leaving not just at Mc D but all fast food places.

Quick and easy, no hold ups like other drive thru's. Order was exactly what I ordered, and done the way McDonald's should be done.

I used to purchase many meals from this McDonalds every Saturday. The meals were fairly consistent however they are very stingy on the sauce they put on their burgers often times putting no sauce on their burgers.

The hygiene of the staff is however the biggest problem. To my absolute horror I found a large piece of nasal mucus on the bun and plastic wrapper of my cheese burger. This demonstrates a deeply disturbing lack of supervision and care as well as downright filthiness on the part of the supposedly "Trained" staff.

There is NO POINT IN WERARING GLOVES AND SENDING YOUR STAFF ON "TRAINING" IF THEY ARE GOING TO GO UNSUPERVISED AND PICK THEIR NOSES WHILE WHEARING THE VERY GLOVES THEY ARE PREPARING OUR FOOD WITH.

I am shocked, applauded and shudder to think that if the snot is what I had seen - what have I and many others been eating that we have not seen. The only reason I saw the nasal mucus is because it was MASSIVE and right on the top of the outside of the plastic wrapper as well as directly on top of the bun of the burger.

I am actually gagging as I write this.

Do not go to this McDonalds.
