Went for the cocktail special. I didn’t live the fact that they give you two cocktails at a time. Wasn’t keen on the karaoke ???? on a Saturday early afternoon but to each his own. It’s a great local bar to grab a drink then walk home.

What an awesome place, welcoming, friendly, awesome vibe and great friendly people. Great food, awesome specials and the best you don’t break the bank.
Best karaoke venue in town and worth visiting on a Friday and Saturday.
Well done to the awesome owner, staff and DJ - you guys rock!!!!!

This hidden gem is definitely one to come and experience. We also ordered steak and chips, but it was so good and I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. The cocktail special is crazy! These two delicious lipstick on my dipsticks are R49 for both on Fridays and Saturdays. Their rump and chips special comes with a free castle light with your order. Fantastic service and super impressive pricing. Definitely super affordable and delicious!

I always proffer alternatives and I strongly suggest you try The Barrel (Boskruin) on Fridays if you’re after more than one lousy song.

“If you enjoy your karaoke host hogging the spotlight then this is the place to be. As a singer, you’ll wait several rounds before you get a go - the accent seems to be on an inordinate booze intake and the dance music…pity the previous karaoke folk left for the coast. This used to be my favourite hangout on weekends for a couple of songs with my mates.”

We've been going here after gym for a few weeks now, and tonight finally went for a karaoke night, as always we had the most amazing service from the friendliest of staff, met some great people and had an amazing night out!

Love this place - Friday evenings are normally karaoke evenings which I love they have recently added karaoke on a Saturday evening too!!!! Bonus!!!! - great 2 for 1 cocktail specials and just love it! Good food too and a very reasonable night out!

Had a lot of fun at karaoke night. Staff are really very friendly and down to earth. This is a come as you are place and just enjoy the vibe. It was also happy hour all night. Very affordable. The bar food is what you would expect.
