Mochachos Carlswald is both my hubby and my absolute favorite food to eat in Midrand. We order a family fiesta atleast twice a month and we give clear instruction on how we want our meal and are never disappointed. We never get tried of Mochachos. I gave your establishment a 1 star because we have been attemping to call the branch for delivery for almost two weeks to no avail so we decided to drive to the branch today and see that it is closed with a sign that you are under construction with absolutely no construction happening. No dates or time frame as to when I can expect my mochachos again. I didn't even get to have a last taste before you closed with no warning. Please update that sign and advice if you are relocating to Midway mews with an expected date of opening.

I read the comments and see so many biast reviews on the quality and such. I think it depends sometimes on the shift and order. I’ve had chickens that are mouth watering to the bone and then once and again it might come out as dry but well marinated. Overall food is delicious and the fries are amazing! I would recommend the shawarma/wraps! Very good

The worst possible service,
I placed an order via Mr D, on the Mr D app they claim to have certain foods on the menu but they don't. The manager was absolutely useless in assisting or even trying to help.
They gave me the owners number who doesn't answer or return my calls.
Overall if I could I would give them a zero.

Horrible service today from the person named Sipho. Even though I tried explaining what my Uber order meant the bloody fool cannot accept responsibility and try to accommodate the brand. Poor service - hope management can resolve this.

Terrible service, very slow and the cashier was so unfriendly. It was like she was doing us a favour by doing her job. Clearly staff training in customer service is required.

The whole order was cold and the burger ordered was old and wet and it broke apart when my daughter lifted it up

Am so disappointed... Bought 2 beef shwahamas today.. The meat is old and was off, very hard to chew... What a waste of my money.. I will never recommend this machachos very bad experience.. My money went down the drain.. So disappointed
