Awesome course reasonably priced. Food was very good and well priced... Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the spotter (Nicholas) that we had to pay (R270 in total) for was Pathetic. He added no value and stood with us on the tee. Wenfound all our own balls. Unfair that this should cost the course 1 star but would like to warn other players to not take this spotter

Challenging course in world class condition. Food and beverage at the club very good and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. Also great membership options too..

I recently helped organize a party at the golf club function room. While the service from "outsourced" waiters were below average, that was the only thing I could fault. The function manager Martin, was very understanding, helpful, and accommodating with the requests we had. "I cant" was not an answer from him - he went the extra mile to ensure that our requests were met and that our function ran smoothly. He was hands on, punctual, and friendly... THANK YOU Martin!

Amazing views. Breakfast was good, friendly service. Highlight for me was the mushrooms, very tasty compared to elsewhere. Will be back to taste the Belgium waffles.

Course is really nice, slightly more water and technical challenges than others in jhb. The lockdown halfway house menu is a bit disappointing I think orders could be better prepared to keep play speed up and maintain social distance etc the round with a cart was R595 which isn’t the cheapest but it’s a really well maintained nice course. Just that halfway house that doesn’t sit well with me or the golfers in our fourballs.

Modderfontein Country Club is one of the most popular golf courses in South Africa. Situated most central between Jhb u0026 Pta.

It's a well keep course, with lush fairways and manicured greens.

It'll challenge your game without a doubt, especially the par 5 opening hole 1.

You'll want to go back for a second, third and fourth round of golf.
