I've received bad treatment with my family, my order was incomplete, and when complain no one seems to care, had to leave unhappy with the kids befire finishing the food... On take away salad was mixed with meat.. Am never gonna go back there since yesterday's experience.. The cashier was rude fro. Ordering and looked moody

Regret stopping there for a 2 Boujee bowl and quarter chicken plus a side I had to wait for 30 min, finally when I got my order was cold the order was short the lady who was giving us the order did not even apologize she just gave us a 'what else is short'look . Worse the strips were biltong s in rice.Nandos at 14 avenue never disappoint this one noo. The was a guy who looked like a manager but he was not in charge he is too soft to lead or scared to discipline the staff.

If I could give a zero I would.
Ordered a Hot Pot and got the most distasteful meal ever, so much that I just regreted ordering from here to begin with. The veggies in the hot pot are old, the cabbage in fact was old and soggy, not crunchy and fresh as you'd normally have in a hot pot that has fresh produce. I won't even touch on the peppers... It's a no for me. Never again. Thanks.

I personally did not enjoy this visit. My cool drink order came and it was not filled to the brim, my dads coke bottle was dirty, the place in general was not clean - very dusty. Even the toilets weren’t clean. Our waiter* had an attitude especially when I asked about cleanliness of the place.

I am utterly disappointed with the rate of Service from Nando's Crown mines on the 17 June 2022 ( This was paid for in cash to the driver named Abel) , I ordered via Uber eats , upon wanting to reorder today I notice I'm unable to order as the driver reported that I did not pay .
I complained on the support site still no response.
I will not be held accountable for a payment that the driver has falsely reported

Food is Nandos! So deserves 5 stars already. But the service and attitude of the employees at this place needs improvement. Very slow service.

Pathetic service here,waitin 25mins for my food,we basically 8ppl in the store,an still waiting here.Really poor service and they not even busy
