If you're going for a breakfast order I personally recommend the spicy bean breakfast wrap. Everything else I've ordered wasn't the best and lacked some flavor. It's pricey for the portion size. Located inside a Virgin Active, it's hard to physically access.

The food is awesome but the service is dire.
The staff scream to eachother, and make it very unpleasant to enjoy a cup of coffee anywhere near the place. They are rude, poor at taking orders and management is never anywhere to be seen.

LOVE this place so much!

The food is FANTASTIC! I love the smoothies and juices, my favourite being the Alkalise Juice with their Mexi Chicken Wrap!

10/10 taste wise! Thanks for the great service and amazing food

Continue to support this place because the menu is fantastic and continue to be disappointed. When ordering off Uber eats, I even add a note to my order asking for the meals to be prepared properly with the right ingredients according to the menu. Today I received spoiled fruit in my meal as well as big chunks of baking powder in the pancakes. This is the 4th time I’ve had some kind of issue with my meal. I continue to send feedback and ask for feedback however nothing changes. No quality control by the staff behind the counter.

Nü and the whole Nü staff are one of the brightest parts of my day, nearly every day. They remember my odd special dietary needs, seemingly reading my mind when I order. I have so much fun talking to them, teasing with them, and laughing. I find it to be such a friendly atmosphere and such a delight. I see some other negative comments about the service quality and food but I eat here everyday and absolutely adore the staff and have never had a bad meal, smoothie or coffee. I perceive a lot of other guests barking their orders at the staff - maybe that’s the problem. My experience is if you’re willing to make a connection, it was always works out.

Very stingy with the froyo, doesn't even cover half the waffle. Absolutely tiny wraps. Will never order from here again.
