Their food is consistently great! Best sushi I've had in Nairobi, so far.

Edit: they don't do take-aways very well. Badly packed so the food loses freshness and crunchiness. Stingy with their boxes.

Food was horrible not even my kids wanted to eat it was burnt as you can see on the picture especially the prawns and i have been craving for prawns for so long than i had to get a bad service :-( not impress OCEAN BASKET WEST GATE

The service was poor ,the food was too salty and I was there with my partner found ourselves with empty dishes with no one to clean poor waiter was in the toilet but the other waiter were there chatting nit one of them thought of coming to clear our table almost 15min until I rose up to ask the manager why we are not being serviced but the manager was cool no apologies whatsoever. Poor management skills lack of teamwork to staff members and the quality of the food is poor.Me and my partner love Ocean basket but I will never come back to this one this was a mistake that could have been controlled by the manager but she did nothing.

Used to be our general hang out, but personally I make a better hake and chips at home now. The hake presented the last two occasions we were there was below fish u0026 chips shop standard. Don't know if they changed company policy of management but OB all over has turned from best franchise nationally to my last option when dining out. Oh yes!!! Let me be fair. OB Lichtenburg is still up to scratch!!!

Food was low quality and not well prepared. Very expensive taking into account what we got. Most of our food was cold, calamari might as well have been added to a tire collection, thats how rubbery it tasted. The fish was dry and tasteless...Just not quality

All in all, it was very friendly service, outstanding food u0026 good hospitality to enjoy to see if we're fine. Good obtion to concider to spoil someone like I could do with my wife on her birthday! Enjoy!
