The service is terrible, on a busy day I found only 4 tills working and the rest were closed, had to queue for over 20 minutes while the stuff was busy walking around doing nothing while they could have opened other tills to lessen the queues. This is not the 3rd or 4th time this has happened ! It's an everyday thing!

Your staff are well organised.
My personal observation about Pick n Pay is the unique uniformity and the way they attend to their customers.
I will like to recommend the manager-in-charge for a promotion.
Kudos to all to the management staff and the entire workers of Pick n Pay.
Keep up your good spirits.
