Rude receptionist( CYNTHIA) with poor service and a bad attitude, doesn't know her work, was blaming everyone from management to her colleagues for our complain , told us to call the manager because it not her fault and called the maintenance guy so he could take the blame but the TV was reported weeks and it was never fixed , bad attitude and poor communication skills , the place deserves better employees , it a wonderful place to stay at.

The shower drains needs a lot of attention, toilets flush with delay. But it's ok.

It's a nice, quiet and safe place for holidays. The apartments gets cleaned u0026 disinfected everyday. It is also walking distance to a convenient store, pizza place, liquor store and chicken licken.

Centrally located apartments.
Always clean. More than sufficient facilities for the price. One of the most comfortable and affordable Hotel around. Friendly staff. Good security. I use them whenever I come to Johannesburg. Definitely good value for money.
