First time visiting the establishment, from the minute you enter the restaurant you are taken on a ride(a ride you will want to take every other day). It has three levels which include the rooftop. I went straight to the roof top because the weather was good out and was curious to see the views from that elevation.

The waiter was polite and served us our drinks within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was also out in the similar fashion, within 30 minutes.

Food tasted great and fresh, I had the Mexican pizza and mum's had Hake fish with some fried rice.

Really lovely environment, great tasting food, and incredibly friendly staff. The portion sizes are massive so you will not leave feeling cheated of your money. Knocking off a star for wheelchair accessibility though. There is a ramp access to the location but it is incredibly steep.

I had a very lovely experience at Papa pronto the food was remarkable also ordered two berry crushers that's how tasteful it was I wanted more! Took a takeaway home for my partner to taste he also enjoyed the food he actually came back from work and remembered to give feedback on the food after a long day at work. Keep going and serve us more nice food. The service was also good I'll definitely visit again

We went the to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Clean, good ambience, food, great menu, toilets. The only negative is that the order takes too long, both drinks and food. Excellent customer service from all staff. They even offer to take us photos when they saw we were struggling with lighting from where we were sitting.

An absolutely amazing experience!
The staff here are all super nice and the food is quick, even when they are slammed. As if the normal restaurant stuff is not enough of a superb experience, the decor, design and layout of the restaurant are also top notch.
My only complaint would be that there is only one smoking area and it does not have a great view, as the upper open-air areas do.

As you walk in, the staff makes you really feel welcome and the interior is pristine and lively. As for the food, marvelous! The ribs and burger were perfectly well done. The pizza was good but could have been better and the fries were on point, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Had driven across this establishment multiple times not knowing what I was missing out on. Love the multi-tier open landscape view especially now that's it's summer. I would suggest booking in advance if you want outdoor seating as the place is always packed. Restaurant is suitable for any time of day and meals are very affordable. I highly recommend.

This was second time coming here and ordered pizza. It was delicious but not exactly my cup of tea. The dough was a bit on the crispy side and I tend to prefer a spongier texture. Still enjoyed though.

What an experience. I highly recommend going for lunch. The staff are exceptional and always attentive. There is also so many staff available that you can always get their attention. The food is in a league of its own. We had the ribs, chicken wings, halloumi, T-bone, chicken strips salad, pulled pork nachos, and two different pizzas. All the food was exceptional and incredibly delicious. The ribs were saucy and full of meat. The chips was spiced nicely and crispy. Chicken wings were a highlight and very scrumptious. Slightly undercooked in two of the twelve wings near the bone but no complaints. Nachos could have been more 'saucy' as it felt a bit dry after a while. Everything was still top notch and management is on the ball. Highly recommended.
