Placed an order, paid for it AND even received confirmation with a delivery date. When it did not arrive I phoned to be told it was out of stock. Quick enough to take the money. Surely when you order via website they would know they had no stock or is this just a way of getting the money from you first and hoping you will then wait and wait and wait whilst they get all that interest on the money. Needless to say will not be dealing with them again.

You have let me down today regarding my order. I specifically ordered from Parrot Products last week as I needed the drawing tablet this week and the order was confirmed to be delivered today. Now you tell me that you cannot find my address on Google Maps and that my order will be delivered next week only, even after I could prove to you that it indeed exists on Google Maps. I have been shopping online for quite a while now with the same address, and no other company ever had problems finding my address. How disappointing, especially since the staff is also no-care.

Excellent service. I placed an order last week for 2 of the products they promoted via email marketing. A Parrot representative contacted me to say that due to high demand, they would be manufacturing the units (rugs) and delivering them this week. I just received the order from a very friendly driver. I am pleased with the service and the quality of the products.

The one suggestion I would like to make is to please implement contactless delivery - I had to sign 2 different papers (delivery note + delivery schedule) and it made me feel uncomfortable considering that most delivery companies are avoiding this due to COVID-19 to protect both the drivers and the recipients.

The product repair service that I recently received from Parrot Products was of such a uniquely one of a kind quality, that it can only be rated as 10 STAR. From the initial telephonic contact, detailed paperwork, product collection, repair and return to my business, their service was exemplary. Amazing. Well done.

I am very impressed with the service received from Parrot regarding my laminator that broke. Their level of service and quick turn around times will ensure that I purchase more Parrot products in the future.

What a process i have to go throught just to find out what is the delivery cost and if we can walk in and buy

I spent a full day going back and forth and still dont know if you have stock or whats the delivery cost.

Its a simple response to an email yes or no

What a useless company to deal with

Can you not just say yes or no in the email instead of asking me an i registered ...did i order before..guys common

A simple question..do u have stock...do u deliver its not rocket science

I still dont know after over 5 to 10 emails back and forth
