Where do I begin? I have never in my life experienced this bad of service. We placed an order for masks, and a date for collection was given, a day before collection they did not even start with the production and pushed the production to a month later! After huge fights, phones not being answered, not being called back, a new date was given, which we managed to calm our client down with, but he only wanted half the stock as he was forced to buy elsewhere. He received the stock and was unhappy at production and Abelanani offered to collect and sort out the problem. We are now a week later, and stock still has not been collected, and on each follow up that is done, they will collect tomorrow, when tomorrow comes, they will collect tomorrow.
Our client is threatening to now sue us for loss of business as these masks are required for business, but abelanani has no concern to assist clients with problems, they are not able to keep to any deadline, they are simply not interested in business. I doubt they even bother to read any client reviews so that they can work on their business. So whomever is reading this
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY, THERE ARE MANY OTHER SUPPLIERS WHO DO AMAZING SERVICE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THEIR CLIENTS
