Shocking service. I am looking for a celebratory gift. The store said they had the watch I was looking for. I said I was coming in the next day at 13:; to purchase it. I get a message 2 hours later by watsapp, not even a phone call, to say they have sold it to some one else. The least they could have done was phone me before the person bought it. I would have driven straight through to bu it if I have known they would not keep it for me. Bitterly disappointed in this absolutely shocking service. I even have a watsapp message saved confirm I would be there to buy it from them. Cannot say how upset I am by this experience,.

Note the owners response of customers coming first! Am I not a customer??

Rose, the sales person I worked with, is a true gem and helped me secure a long-coveted timepiece within a very reasonable amount of time. They've got all beautiful selections of jewellery, charm club etc and you get loyalty cards, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
