I am writing this email as a new customer. We joined the gym in July. I come with my daughter.
The first Sunday after we joined we came for our tour. It was scheduled for 09h00. We arrived 10 minutes before. They told us that the lady was having tea. We went upstairs and cycled for a few minutes and came back down at 09h00 only to be told she was busy with a tour for someone else. When thr lady in front told her we were here she gave attitude and told us we had to wait. Anyway the lovely young lady in front gave us the tour. A bit haphazardly but we got what we needed.
The pool has been on and off working since we started.
Then this past Friday I return after a week off because of illness only to find out the gym is under renovation. Sad to say I received no communication from the gym regarding this. An sms would have been nice. Also no indication on how long its going to take
Lockers have moved. No indication is given as to where bathrooms are. The interim change rooms are not adequate. Dark, dusty and no privacy.
I am happy that upgrades and renovations happen and I understand that it needs to but Spring time is the wrong time. People join the gym to get in shape and have summer bodies ready and now things are upside down. Planning could have been better and renovations done in winter.
The way things are currently I cannot say I am very happy about joining this gym.
