Ordered from Uber Eats, chips were RAW! Roll was squashed like no ones business! Will not order from this place again!

This was from the Norwood Branch, however it does not pop up on Google!

The food is really good at times and I tend wolf down the cheese steak but it is very inconsistent to tell you the truth. Stale bread at times... Chips taste like they have been deep fried way to many times and omg the overkill of the cheese sauce. Just tone it down and use more actual cheese. All in all they make a dang tasty cheese steak but quality is inconsistent. Improve or fix that and you will have winner.

If you want precooked and reheated food just go to Philly, they will make sure your food experience is terrible. (Did not even finish the chips) !!! #TERRIBLE

Look at this Chips some still have skin, I will not even comment on the cheese stack after spending 300 bucks the chederella is terrible... they should reopen the lone hill branch

The food is extremely terrible, ordered a jalapeño cheese steak and instead of Jalapeños i got thick green chilly (everyone knows the difference ) the fries are horrible and tasteless and im definitely never wasting my money here again

The food was tasty and nicely packed. It was a first try and I was impressed with the food quality considering the recent reviews I saw here. I am fully satisfied with the service, keep it up ????. NB the chips might look funny but they were tasty as fudge
