Most positive stay. The only not so great thing was the amount of light from a road light pillar during the night. But otherwise a place I would select again. A great welcome feeling.

Exactly what I needed for a short stay, from the friendly reception, the pristinely clean room and bathroom to the excellent filter coffee to put a smile on my face in the morning.

Thank you Helen. We were so happy with our cottage. Thanks also for putting on the heaters before we got back and for the starter breakfast pack. Comfy warm beds. Great coffee. Great shower. Tv had the Stay Essential package which was a bonus.

Helen and her husband are incredible hosts - the breakfast on their verandah was a real treat. They are warm, welcoming and love to interact with their guests.

The rooms are beautifully done and have absolutely everything you could think of.

I highly recommend staying here and taking time to sit in the garden and enjoy their breakfast!

Excellent, quiet, tranquil...no shared spaces and excellent quick response to requests...from plugs to a few groceries. I had my first experience of harvesting...( just pulling out really lol) my own carrot and picking my own tomatos for my breakfast..

Owner run and what a wonderful place. You don't even feel like you're in JHB..... I'm just sorry I didn't take photos.... You'll have to experience this beautiful place with your own eyes
