This hotel deserves 5 stars just for the staff. I had an issue and spoke to Gabs. Very remarkable young man. The vents in the roomhas a slight hissing sound. I didn't need that coming off a long flight and training today. I've been ip for almost 18 hours. He listened, made a suggestion regarding what he thought was amicable. I rejected his suggestion to which he offered to do a wake up call for me in case I overslept. The noise was for ventilation post covid and unfortunately cannot be stopped. Listening to it now seems inconsequential. Great pizza too from the kitchen staff. Will definitely be returning. Give this man a raise.
