Seattle Coffee - Rivonia

It is great shop to get a coffee on the go. Ideally situated in Rivonia just off the main road to give u a fast stop. Apart from the morning when it is extremely busy, you will get your coffee very quickly. The shop is small but the layout is perfect to maximize the view. Enough plugs for a work station. There is a problem with crime when parking and warning signs up everywhere. This is not a mistake on Seattle, but a general problem with setups like that. Good just to warn people to take some basic precautions. The coffee is good and on standard with most of Seattles. Very few companies can consistently deliver coffee at that quality. As Seattle have so many branches, not all are 5 star facilities, however what matters are the coffee and that is great.

Just wanted 3 drinks. They didn’t have straws and didn’t have any sugar free powders. The drinks itself were good though

Worst staff I have ever had at Seattle. They were rude and impatient.
This branch definitely did not hire the usual nice friendly people the rest of the Seattle franchise does.

The team were ready to serve us at 630 on the dot. So impressed as in past experiences with other Seattle's the staff only arrive at 630 to open. Happy customer ????

poor customer service, coffee is not as nice as the other Seattles. I drive all the way to The Wedge instead for better coffee and better customer service.
