I enjoyed my pizza but the Lady who assisted me Lerato, she was so rude to me , I had to ask her twice to give me my drinks. She was just scratching her hair instead of offering me my drinks, while I was waiting for my Pizza.

Its not the first time that this restaurant has canceled my order without letting me know. Not good.
Also I always order extra cheese and this is often not added however its always charged for.
Won't order here again.

Amazing Roman's Pizza Store. Impeccable service, staff is friendly and very helpful. The store is super clean. Keep up the good work.

I ordered online twice from the store 2 weeks apart. Payment is accepted and online options do not mention there are no drivers etc.
The first time they stated no drivers today on a weekend I'm told no drivers.
My payments have not been refunded . I shocked at the way the store is run.

Three times now in the last 6 weeks you @#$% my order up. So tonight the fam gets garage pies. Communication is awful, it's Boxing Day so I especially took more than 20 minutes to get there to pick my order up, as it's busy (understandably so). Get to the store, pay (that was easy) and wait, wait, see other orders go out with higher order numbers than me... ok... I ask for help after 20 minutes to which no one really knows whats going on or where my pizzas are, or why they're not in the oven. The staff is friendly and could probably use the owners help on Boxing Day, I wasn't the only one with complaints, while there at least 3 other complaints. Anyways, communication could've helped not mess dinner up, tell me to come collect in 1 hour, I would happily wait, tell me come in more than an hour. Lost customers

Ordered a Perri Perri Chicken pizza, large. Did not enjoy. Pizza lacked salt or any seasoning. Will give them another try to redeem themselves
