Came for coffee with the family, ordered a large cappuccino for myself tasted very milky and weak, I then asked the barista if he could please add more coffee he then turned around and said it comes with a double shot and that’s that. No apology or question as to why I was unhappy or even a polite explanation as to why he can’t add more coffee. Absolutely terrible way to handle the situation and furthermore $h!+ coffee ! Not impressed by this service !

Extreme poor slow service and staff simple did not seem to care. Store was not even that busy.
After 20 minutes my Americano arrived and it simply tasted worse that a very cheap weak instant cup of coffee.
Took it back to the counter and no apology offered simply a shrug of the shoulders by the staff member.
Will never go there again.

One of the few coffee venues in the mall that are open till after 21h00. The waitrons are attentive and friendly. It's a relaxing atmosphere to sit and read a book or enjoy the company of friends. But be considerate in your volume in respect of the readers around you! :)

Great coffee, nice chilled music and atmosphere. Nice to meet up with a friend for coffee or doing some work. You get 250MB of free Internet per a day on their WiFi. Which is great for sending some emails and doing work.

A small coffee shop in the mall with a homey feel to it. You're allowed to read books from exclusive books next door inside the coffee shop. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. The coffee is always fantastic.

Friendly staff, good coffee, calm vibes (which says something considering how crazy the mall can get). Conveniently adjoined to the Exclusive Books next door so you can enjoy the latest edition to your book collection.
