Very helpful and bubbly staff. I arrived at 14:20 to remove an implant, by 15:07 I was walking out of the clinic. Nurse Esethu was so kind, professional and helpful, as well as the counselor lady. Darrel at reception was also helpful and assisted me well even though I had no file as it was my first visit. Facilities were clean and it was not busy at all. Staff appreciate when you are kind and greet them with respect.

Service terrible. Consulting service after 3 hours was with 5 unproffesonal people watching a funeral on a cell phone with the sound on full volume. One of them shouted at me across the room for my details. Unable to assist at all. A total waste and demeaning experience. Never never would I consider going there again

Staff unhelpful. Had to sit outside in scorching heat. Reception looks like a tornado structures this morning. The quemarshal doesn't have a qlue how to manage the ques. Not that there was a que to begin with. The vitals sister was rude. The "admin" staff are clueless. Waiting times are stretched to the max as the staff diddle daddle around. Will not recommend to the public.

It was a bad experience to see people sitting outside in the cold weather. They should have built a decent building than that open shelter.

I would like to thank MR Khwaza for a well done job.This i saw when another white guy had some misunderstanding with a female nurse.the guy was going and he quickly called him.after some minutes the guy came out of the consulting room smiling meaning he resolved the issue amicably. wish all the staff can do the same.

My experience was horrible. The service 8s pathetic. The facilities are disgusting. We arrived before 7:00 but we're bot helped. Time already 8:30 and still no service.the staff are rude. I definately wouldn't recommend this clinic not even yo my enemy.

Not too bad for a free clinic. Quite clean outside although always quite busy. Not extremely helpful when you arrive for the first time they just give you a number and tell you to sit down which is quite disheartening. Some friendliness or interest in the sick people entering the building would go a long way
