Very disappointed in those guys. The service is beyond terrible. They don’t have sizes and they refused to check where I can get the size I want because “the store is full” “ I must come back when it’s quiet” ????
The “manager” didn’t even bother to assist me after the terrible service from the sales guy. Best to say I won’t bother going there again.
For the sake of other customers though, teach your staff some customer service please, it really isn’t that hard ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

They were using 3 till point, customer that are activiting their TGH account take time at the till point and customer who purchased cellular phone are skipping the line and they also take time finish, I was in a line to pay for about 30 to 45 minutes standing.

I needed assistance with an IBT and a gentleman by the name of Gift assisted me, he deserves an award. His customer service was on another level. Such an amazing experience that was. Gift thank you so much for your help my brother. You made my day????????????????????????????

I got scammed a week ago, I went there to purchase a bag using their speed point the transaction was approved and money was deducted from my bank account but they said my card declined so I ended up paying cash. I have proof that my money was deducted yet on the bank statement the transaction is not showing if it wasnt for the cellphone banking and the app notification I wouldn't have known that money was deducted from my account.

I talked to the manager who wears spectacles she told me theres nothing they can do since it doesn't reflect on my bank statement.
