In my opinion the store has been become realy pricy. Also although staff have to keep their distance and one cannot realy see a smile or warm welcome anymore, its important that staff at least show some excitement or offer assistance. We felt like we were being followed at a distance...

Well-organized store with a wide variety of sports-related merchandise. The foosballs I bought were reasonably priced.

It's large and they have plenty of stock. The prices are not so bad, compared to some shops at East Gate.
It looks good, besides the tables they put on products on sale. It doesn't look nice and the stuff on sale displaying on those tables looks like it came from a garbage bin.
The employees are a bit lazy, I mean, you can get inside the shop look around for a couple of minutes and go away without any staff member coming to offer you any assistance.

Large selection of sports goods well laid out but not competitive prices. Get rid of the staff who stand around doing nothing. I was in there for 20min before anyone asked to help me. I spent my money else where.

I did not hate it as 1 star would indicate but the store was empty, I believe this branch is closing according to one of the staff.

Great range of products. Downside is staff huddled together and not willing to assist. I couldn't find soccer boots. They don't engage with customers and continue personal chats. Exception was when I was paying, one salesman shouted his code to the cashier. Put my foot down and insisted on a house code. I had no idea who this guy was or where he came from. Management please teach your staff about customer service and usage of their codes. Not eager to return

The staff are fantastic so helpful they are such good fun people. The clothes I bought are good quality. I will only shop there.
